  • Crime Victim Civil Legal Services (VICARS)

    Supports victims of violent crime (such as assault, physical abuse, sexual assault, rape, human trafficking, and homicide) and victims of identity theft, by offering free legal services and referrals. Assists with crime victim compensation claims, helps victims understand their rights and responsibilities, and provides a toolkit for victims to recover from identity theft.
